    The surface of the spring is identified by various paint layers, for example, light and small loads are represented by yellow paint; light loads are represented by blue paint; medium loads are represented by red paint; very heavy loads are represented by coffee-colored paint;
 
    Performance analysis: A good paint layer to match the surface treatment of the spring can be described as killing two birds with one stone.     At present, the main manufacturers who successfully use the above methods are mostly abroad, especially in Japan.     In China, artificial painting is generally used, and the appearance will appear sagging, leaking, poor bonding, and poor rust resistance. Its own process limitations cause a large number of products to be stripped and reworked.
 
    Electrophoretic paint is used abroad. In a water-soluble paint tank, the workpiece is used as a cathode, and a certain voltage and time are applied to form a paint layer with uniform thickness on all surfaces of the spring, and then it can be cleaned and dried. Its appearance is clean and bright, no particles, no exposed bottom phenomenon, good bonding force and not easy to fall off, and good hardness of 3-4H. There is no strong solvent smell in the operating environment, less air pollution, and the wastewater treatment and discharge process is simple. Just adjust the PH to settle the resin of the electrophoretic paint, and then discharge the clean water.
 
    Paint for Spring Paint Layers
 
    a. Asphalt paint Asphalt paint has good water resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, especially excellent acid resistance and good alkali resistance. But the adhesion, mechanical strength and decoration are poor.
 
    b. Phenolic lacquer phenolic paint is divided into primer and topcoat. Phenolic primer has strong adhesion and good anti-rust performance, but the mechanical strength and gloss of the paint film are poor. The phenolic topcoat paint film is hard and has good gloss, but the weather resistance is poor, and the paint film is easy to turn yellow.
 
    c. Alkyd paint Alkyd paint film is tough, strong adhesion, good mechanical properties, excellent gloss, good durability and has certain oil resistance and insulation properties. The disadvantage is that the surface dries quickly and sticks to the hand for a long time, easy to wrinkle, not resistant to water, and not resistant to alkali.
 
    d. Epoxy paint Epoxy paint has strong adhesion, high hardness, good toughness, flexural resistance, impact resistance, hard but not brittle, and has excellent resistance to water, acid, alkali and many organic solvents, especially with Alkali resistance is more prominent. The disadvantage is that the surface pulverizes quickly and the solvent selectivity is large. Water-soluble epoxy paints are used for electrocoating.
 
    In general, the paint layer can be used alone or as a colorant after phosphating. Sometimes, some springs are sprayed with different colors of paint to distinguish them in order to classify them according to the load.
