The ambient temperature (temperature around the mold) of the gas spring is 0~40 (32~104 degrees Fahrenheit). Please use within this temperature range. When the temperature exceeds 70, the gas spring may have major accidents such as danger. Even if there is no explosion, the nitrogen seal will be aged due to overheating, distorted and deformed, and the life of the nitrogen spring will be greatly reduced, causing air leakage. In order to prevent heat dissipation and contact with the mounting holes, it is recommended to set a gap of about 1mm on one side.
 
Do not inflate or exhaust the gas spring under load. When the filling gas must be nitrogen (N2), do not fill the gas spring with flammable, explosive gas or volatile liquid. It may cause an explosion accident, which is very dangerous.
 
Please fill the cylinder below the pressure indicated by the marking part of the cylinder, and then slowly increase the pressure. The filling pressure should be filled within the pressure range specified in the instruction manual.
 
Please inflate with the piston rod fully exposed from the cylinder. When inflating without exposing, please set the air pressure at the beginning to 0.6MPa, inflate slowly, and increase the pressure until the piston rod is completely exposed. Do not sharply inflate directly with high-pressure gas. Gas springs can be damaged and can cause significant injury and danger to nearby equipment and personal safety.
 
When the gas spring needs to adjust the pressure, do not reluctantly fill the gas. High pressure gas is easy to cause danger and must be handled by experts to avoid danger.
