1. The piston rod of the stainless steel gas spring must be installed in the downward position, and it is not allowed to be inverted, which can reduce friction and ensure good damping quality and cushioning performance.
2. Determining the installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee that the stainless steel gas spring can work normally. The gas spring must be installed in the correct way, i.e., move it over the centerline of the structure when closed, otherwise the gas spring will reset itself frequently.
When it comes to the choice of the installation location of the stainless steel gas spring, let's talk about the installation of the stainless steel gas spring. The following are the relevant installation precautions:
1. To adjust the orientation of the joint, turn the cylinder or piston rod clockwise.
2. Choose a reasonable size and appropriate strength. Typically, the piston rod should have about 10mm of remaining stroke when the warehouse door is closed.
3. Working environment temperature: -30℃-+80℃.
4. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, and random analysis, baking and impact are strictly prohibited.

6. Install the gas spring piston rod downward as far as possible, which can ensure good shock absorption effect and buffering function.
7. When the stainless steel gas spring swings, the connection line between the two installation connection points should be as perpendicular to the rotation center line as possible, otherwise it will affect the normal expansion and contraction of the gas spring, and even get stuck on it and make an abnormal noise.
8. In order to ensure the reliability of the seal, the surface of the piston rod must not be damaged. It is strictly forbidden to apply paint and chemicals on the piston rod. The gas spring should not be pre-installed in the required position for welding, grinding, painting, etc., which will affect the service life of the gas spring.
9. The accurate installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee for the normal operation of the stainless steel gas spring, that is, when the warehouse door is closed, let the gas spring generate a force on the warehouse, otherwise the gas spring will automatically push the door open.
